e-Kafel facilitates the management of the Orphan's Sponsorship Operations. It helps organisations that receive periodical payments to manage donations paid for specific orphans. These orphans can be under the direct supervision of the organisation or under the supervision of another organisation in the same or a different country. Its main features follow.
Records information about:
Orphans,
Financial Guardians, who regularly pay to support orphans,
Local Guardians, - organisations or individuals who manage the orphans' affairs on a daily basis,
the Relationship between these 3 parties (who sponsors whom & who manages the affairs of whom), &
provides Payments Reports.
Web-based: it can be accessed from any device, which is connected to the Internet, e.g. a computer, a tablet.
Secure: access is limited to only specific users. Although it is web-based, it cannot be accessed by anybody, unless they have a username and a password.
Free: I am happy to provide you with the software components and instructions to install it on your web server, or I can host it for you on my web server.
